Uninsured vehicle seized locally

Police attended a road traffic collision in the Talke area on the evening of 22nd December 2025.

One of the drivers was found to be uninsured, so their vehicle was seized. The driver was reported for driving without insurance and for carrying children who were not in the correct child restraints, as required by UK law.
